Lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa Maria with a specialization in contract law and international business at the University of Bielefeld – Germany, obtaining an LLM degree. He has been a postgraduate professor at Universidad Santa María and speaker at international conferences and events. Author of several articles in specialized international trade magazines. He has advised and negotiated international contracts in international maritime and hydrocarbon sales and purchases.
Francisco Villarroel

Lawyer graduated from the University of Santa Maria, specialization in maritime and transport law (DESS) at the University of Aix – Marseille and Master (LLM) in international maritime law, International Maritime Law Institute of the IMO, Malta. Doctor and Professor Emeritus of the Caribbean Maritime University. Author of several books on maritime law. Member of the International Maritime Committee and Past President of the Venezuelan Maritime Law Association (2007 – 2013). Emeritus Superior Maritime Judge.
Max Figueroa

Lawyer graduated from the University of Carabobo 2001, specialist in Maritime Business, LLM in Maritime Law University of Southampton UK; Legal advice in foreign trade, prevention and mitigation of risks in contractual and non-contractual matters on ship chartering, handling of cargo claims for damage or delay in delivery, management of international contracts of sale and purchase of goods. Experience in the design of marketing plans for export, management of transportation logistics and international warehousing.
